The TRIO/College Success Program (CSP) is currently looking for a qualified math/statistics tutor to work with program participants in an individual setting. TRIO/CSP is part of the federally funded TRiO Programs that work to help SSS participants develop as individuals, citizens, and leaders as they successfully obtain their educational goals. The mission of the TRIO/CSP is to retain Northern Wyoming Community College District program participants until they complete their degree, certificate, or transfer to a 4 year institute, and to foster an institutional climate supportive of student success. The program provides the upmost standard of services focusing on four different areas; Academic, Career, Financial, and Personal/social assistance. Program participants are students who are non-traditional or at-risk in need of supportive services.Reports ToDirector, College Success ProgramsEducation/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, science, education, or related field.
Great communication skills with a wide variety of peopleKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to use excel databases
Understanding/experience in basic math models, algebra, intermediate math, statistics, and/or developmental math skills to calculusWorking Conditions/Physical Requirements

Experience in teaching, tutoring, advising, counseling, or educating
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite, or basic computer skills
